FAQs

1. What kind of coaching do you offer?

I offer both 1:1 coaching and group programs rooted in positive psychology, identity work, and somatic integration. Whether you're navigating change, seeking clarity, or reconnecting with your purpose — our work together is about helping you return to who you truly are and move forward with alignment and intention.

2. Who is your coaching for?

You might be a leader, creator, seeker, or soul in transition. My clients are often self-aware, growth-minded, and ready to break patterns that no longer serve them. If you’re craving more than surface-level solutions — if you're ready for real clarity, courage, and change — you're in the right place.

3. Do you offer one-on-one coaching?

Yes. I work with a small number of 1:1 clients who are ready to go deep. We meet bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your goals, and the experience is highly personalized. I also offer a transformational 6-week group program that blends community, embodiment, and self-exploration.

4. What makes your approach different?

I blend science and soul — integrating research-backed practices with lived experience, intuition, and creativity. My coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s about remembering the version of you that already exists underneath the noise and the doubt. I walk beside you, not above you.

5. What are your credentials and ethical guidelines?

I’m a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which means I adhere to a global Code of Ethics grounded in respect, confidentiality, and professionalism. I’m committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space for you to explore your truth, and I will never act as a therapist, consultant, or advisor unless specifically contracted to do so. Coaching is a collaborative partnership — you are the expert on your life.

6. How do I choose between 1:1 and group coaching?

1:1 coaching offers a deeply personalized space for clients working through complex transitions, identity shifts, or big visions. Group coaching is ideal if you thrive in community, want guided structure, and are open to shared reflection. Both experiences include rich self-inquiry, practical tools, and transformative support.

7. How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on unlocking the present and creating the future. While deep emotions are welcome in our space, I won’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're also in therapy, coaching can complement that work by helping you move into aligned action.

8. What’s your background?

I studied psychology and have spent over a decade working across coaching, education, and community development. I lead global coaching initiatives at BetterUp, have hosted TEDx events, and have lived through many of the transformations I now help others navigate — from breaking generational cycles to creating a life of purpose and inner peace.

9. What does a coaching session look like?

Whether 1:1 or group, our time together is led by you — supported by inquiry, reflection, and somatic or mindset-based tools. I’ll help you clarify what you want, explore what’s in the way, and return to your own internal knowing. Expect to feel safe, seen, and stretched.

10. What happens after the coaching program ends?

You’ll walk away with clarity, emotional tools, and a more grounded connection to yourself. Many clients stay connected through my alumni community, and some choose to continue with ongoing 1:1 or advanced group offerings.

11. I’m unsure if I’m ready — what should I do?

It’s okay not to be sure. Start by getting curious. You can reach out for a discovery call, read my writing, or explore the podcast. There’s no pressure — just an invitation to come home to yourself, in your own time.
